2012 Election Ballot

You may vote for a maximum of 6 candidates on the ballot. Ballots with more than 6 candidates selected will be discarded.

Ballots will be available at the polling site, Alteri's restaurant, College Street, Clinton, NY, on Monday April 16th, 2012, between 5pm and 7pm.

Notice of Annual Meeting for the membership of the: Clinton Comets Youth Hockey Association

Dear Member:

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the membership of the Clinton Comets Youth Hockey Association, a New York not for profit corporation, will be held at Alteri's restaurant, College Street, Clinton, NY, on Monday April 16th, 2012, at 7:00 PM.

The following business will be transacted at the meeting:

  1. Voting for board of director candidates will take place from 5 – 7 PM.
  2. Vote tally and annual meeting will take place at 7PM.

Please note, that in the event that you will be unable to attend this annual meeting, votes by proxy, alternate, or absentee ballot will not be permitted.

DESCRIPTION This is a call for candidates who wish to have their name entered onto the ballot for the upcoming April 2012 annual meeting.
APPLICATION PROCESS All statements of candidacy must declare the intention to serve in writing and the candidate must be in good standing with Clinton Youth Hockey, NYSAHA, and USA Hockey.
