Dear CCYHA Members,

I write today to share some exciting and long awaited news. It gives me great pleasure to announce the opening of our 2020-2021 season registration!

In a more typical year, we would have been on the ice by now and I share in your eagerness to get the season started. While we must endure several significant adjustments to our season, some things will remain the same, perhaps most importantly is our common love for the great game of hockey.

At this time, games continue to be prohibited in our area, however, we are dedicated to exploring creative approaches and alternatives to provide your player with competitive experiences. Rest assured, when and if competitive play is sanctioned, we will do our best to make the necessary adjustments required to participate.

As stated in my previous email, we plan to put every player on the ice as much as possible and will distribute the ice time fairly and equitably. Due to the many irregularities we are facing, most notably the unknown number of registrants to expect, we will need to wait until registration has concluded to release the official ice schedule.

Registration begins today, September 26th, and will remain open for two weeks. Our refund policy is as follows: 100% fees refunded (minus administration fee) before November 1st., 50% fees refunded (minus administration fee) before December 1st., NO refunds will be issued after January 1st. Further details can be found within the registration. However, should the Clinton Arena shut down after the season begins, all registrants will receive a prorated refund.

As always, we encourage you to reach out to us with your questions or concerns.

We remain grateful to be able to offer our program and we appreciate your patience and flexibility as we navigate this unprecedented season.

*Individuals who registered earlier this year do not need to re-register and will receive a refund due to the difference in fees.
