Dear Clinton Youth Hockey members,
I am reaching out to you for help with fundraising efforts for Patty Louise. For those of you who may not know, Patty played a vital role in the Kraft Hockeyville efforts. Patty and her staff at the Waterville Times converted all the 100 Year stories to Hockeyville stories and created the 100 years booklet. Patty also chaired the local organizing committee and spent countless hours on hockey.
Right after the winning announcement, Patty found out she had breast cancer. It didn't slow her down and in between scheduling winning weekend activities, running the newspaper and weekly meetings, she would have chemo treatments. Now that we have made it through Hockeyville, there is a fundraiser planned for Patty Louise.
To help support the fundraiser, we would like Clinton Youth Hockey to put together a lottery-themed basket. If you would be willing to donate a few dollars in lottery tickets, we would greatly appreciate it.
Please also consider attending the spaghetti dinner Saturday, Nov. 24 5:00-8:00pm at the Clinton United Methodist Church. Check out our FB page for more information.
We are also looking for event volunteers, servers, set-up and clean up. Please contact Karen Getman at 315-557-6901 or McKinley Zalewski at 315-525-1712 if you are interested in donating time or lottery tickets. Lottery tickets can be left in the drop box at the arena by Wednesday 11/21.
Thank you, we appreciate your support!!
